National Trails Day in Davis County: Golden Spoke Ride

Join Davis County in biking the Golden Spoke group ride on National Trails Day June 2nd, 2018. The Golden Spoke network includes Davis County’s D&RGW Rail Trail and connected Legacy Parkway Trail. Join the rest of the Wasatch Front in celebrating the Golden Spoke network – 100 miles of safe, separated, and connected multi-use trails linking Ogden to Provo.
First of all, what you should bring:
- Bike & helmet
- Water bottle (filled with water, limited water stations)
Where to Join the Golden Spoke Group Ride in Davis County:
Location #1: D&RGW Rail Trail trailhead at 2300 N 1000 W, Clinton

- Parking (street parking)

Location #2: Steed Park, D&RGW Rail Trail at 700 W 300 N, Clearfield

Amenities at this point:
- Parking (Steed Park parking lot at 850 W 300 N, Clearfield)
- Water station, provided by Clearfield City Parks & Rec
- Restrooms

- 9:15 am on Saturday, June 2nd
Location #3: Near Ellison Park, D&RGW Rail Trail at 1895 West 1000 North, Layton

- Parking (Ellison Park at 700 N 2200 W, Layton)

Location #4: Near Smith’s, D&RGW Rail Trail at 1545 W 200 N, Kaysville

Location #5: Near Legacy Events Center, D&RGW Rail Trail where it crosses with Farmington Creek Trail
